C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de Rolland Arthur Perras survenu le 19 juin 2025, à l’âge de 94 ans.

Il était l’époux de feu Germaine Perras (née Racine); et le fils de feu Arthur Perras et de feu Rose-Alma Perras (née Brisson).

Cher père de ses deux enfants Sylvain Perras (Elaine Séguin) et France Perras (Mario Villeneuve).

Grand-père adoré de Véronique Perras, Vincent Perras (Amanda), Zachary Perras-Phaneuf (Val), Xavier Perras-Phaneuf (Magalie).

Il laisse dans le deuil sa sœur Claire (feu Donat); sa belle-sœur Rollande (Michel) et beaux-frères Jean-Guy (Huguette) et Roger (Jeannine); ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nieces, cousin(e)s et ami(e)s.

Prédécédé par ses sœurs Fleur-Ange (feu Gaston), Albertine (feu Aurel), Marie-Rose (feu Louis); et de ses frères Aimé (feu Aurélienne), Léo (Madeleine) et Alcide (feu Pauline); et ses beaux-frères Rhéal (feu Lucie), Noël (Florence), et Yvon (feu Claudette).

Une célébration de la vie de Rolland aura lieu aux Salons Funéraires Laurent Hill, 874, rue Notre Dame, Embrun (Ontario) K0A 1W0 (613) 443-3286 le samedi 16 août 2025 de 10 h à 12 h; suivi d’une inhumation au Cimetière Notre-Dame de la Médaille Miraculeuse.  Des rafraîchissements légers seront servis pendant la célébration.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Rolland Arthur Perras on June 19, 2025, at the age of 94.

He was the husband of the late Germaine Perras (née Racine); and the son of the late Arthur Perras and the late Rose-Alma Perras (née Brisson).

Dear father of his two children, Sylvain Perras (Elaine Séguin) and France Perras (Mario Villeneuve).

Adored grandfather of Véronique Perras, Vincent Perras (Amanda), Zachary Perras-Phaneuf (Val), and Xavier Perras-Phaneuf (Magalie).

He is survived by his sister Claire (late Donat); his sister-in-law Rollande (Michel); and his brothers-in-law Jean-Guy (Huguette) and Roger (Jeannine); as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

Predeceased by his sisters Fleur-Ange (late Gaston), Albertine (late Aurel), Marie-Rose (late Louis); and his brothers Aimé (late Aurélienne), Léo (Madeleine) and Alcide (late Pauline); and his brothers-in-law Rhéal (late Lucie), Noël (Florence), and Yvon (late Claudette).

A Celebration of Rolland's life will be held at the Laurent Hill Funeral Home, 874 Notre Dame Street, Embrun, ON, K0A 1W0, (613) 443-3286 on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.; followed by burial at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Cemetery. Light refreshments will be served during the Celebration.
