Nécrologie de Hector Moïse Dignard

C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de M. Hector Dignard, décédé le 25 juillet 2025, à l'âge de 87 ans.

Époux bien-aimé de feu Gertrude Dignard (née Koenig).

Il laisse dans le deuil ses fils; Michel (Jeannette Mongeon), Marc (Corrine Coupland), Gérald (Pauline Faubert) et Luc, ses petits-enfants; Daniel, David, Eric, Sonia, Véronique, Roseline, Eric, Félix, Nicolas et Daphne, ses arrière-petits-enfants; Naomie, Alderick, Octavia et Eva, ses frères et sœurs; Roger, Robert, Alfred, Léo, Françoise, Rachelle, Pierre, Germain, Martine, Bernard et Germaine, ses neveux et nièces, ses cousins et cousines, ainsi que plusieurs ami(e)s.

Prédécédée par ses parents Joffre et Claire (née Paquette) Dignard, son frère Georges et sa sœur Thérèse.

La famille Dignard aimerait remercier beaucoup Madeleine Bourbonnais pour lui avoir tenu compagnie ces dernières années.

La famille et les amis sont invités à se rassembler au Salon Funéraires Laurent Hill, 874, rue Notre Dame, Embrun, ON, le lundi 11 août 2025, de 18h à 21h. Un service religieux sera célébré à l’église St-Jacques d’Embrun le mardi 12 août 2025 à 11h. Suivi par l’inhumation au cimetière St-Jacques.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Hector Dignard, who passed on July 25, 2025, at the age of 87.

Beloved husband of the late Gertrude Dignard (née Koenig).

Loving father of Michel (Jeannette Mongeon), Marc (Corrine Coupland), Gérald (Pauline Faubert) and Luc.

Cherished grandfather of Daniel, David, Eric, Sonia, Véronique, Roseline, Eric, Félix, Nicolas and Daphne.

Adored great-grandfather of Naomie, Alderick, Octavia and Eva.

Dear brother of Roger, Robert, Alfred, Léo, Françoise, Rachelle, Pierre, Germain, Martine, Bernard and Germaine.

Hector will be dearly missed by his nephews, nieces, cousins and by his many friends.

Predeceased by his parents Joffre and Claire (née Paquette) Dignard, by his siblings Georges and Thérèse.

The Dignard family would like to greatly thank Madeleine Bourbonnais for keeping him company these last few years.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Laurent Hill Funeral Home, 874 Notre Dame Street, Embrun, ON, on Monday, August 11, 2025, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A religious service will be celebrated at St-Jacques Church in Embrun on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 11 a.m. Followed by an interment at St-Jacques Cemetery.

Donations to the Montfort Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
