Nécrologie de Jan Van Criekingen

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jan Van Criekingen. 

Jan passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 70.

Beloved husband of Ingrid Van Criekingen (née Verbinnen).

Loving father of Marieke Van Criekingen (Peter Johnston-Berresford), Lieze McColm (Darren), Jane Van Criekingen (Claude-Eric Lafrance), Sara Thomas (Matt), Anna Van Criekingen (Peter Fudge) and Kate Van Criekingen (Josh Hepworth).

Cherished grandfather of Owen, Will, Ryan, Morgayne, Lyndon, Rosalie, Nora, Rowan and Maeve.

Adored son of Maria Filomena Van Criekingen (née Sente) and the late Jules Alfons Van Criekingen.

Dear brother of Herman, Roland, Hilde, Griet, Peter, Bart, the late Christa, and their spouses.

Jan will be dearly missed by his nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and by the whole farming community.

A Celebration of Jan’s Life will be held on Sunday, October 19th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Fournier Community Centre, 3210 County Road 9, Fournier, Ontario.

Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Cornwall - Minds in Motion would be appreciated by the family.
