Hendriks, Mrs. Rita née Bouwhuis March 14, 1954 to January 23, 2014 "Selfless to a fault" Passed away January 23, 2014 at the age of 59 years. Daughter of the late Theodore Bouwhuis and late Grace Stienstra, she will be mourned by her spouse Lambert Hendriks, her children Adam (Isabelle Lalonde), Jennifer (James Beninger), Andrew (Christiane Seguin), Paul (Annick Racine), TJ (Kirsty Smith) and her grandchildren Camille and Joel, Sam, Juliette and Leo, Jesse, Liam and Stella. She also leaves her brothers and sisters Alida Scheepers (late Peter), Wilhelmina "Willy" Perkins (John Warren), Plonia Dennee (William), Tim Bouwhuis (Marguerite Dorion), Gerard "Johnny" Bouwhuis and Dorothee Bouwhuis (Daniel Potvin). The visitations will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday January 28 and from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Wednesday January 29 at Lafleur Funeral Home & Chapel, 874 Notre-Dame Street, Embrun (613) 443-3286.
