Tragically at Hog’s Back Falls in Ottawa on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at the age of 24. Loving son of Chantal Cousineau and Marc Tessier (Kim). Dear brother of Samantha Tessier (Noah MacPhail). Proud uncle of Brooklyn MacPhail. Stepbrother of Christopher Tessier (Victoria Gorman), William Wopat, and Alexander Michaud. Grandson of Unita Gould (Don), the late André Cousineau (Judy); Carole Tessier (late Denis); and Doug and Audrey Broadfoot. Nephew of Chris & Kym Cousineau, Bob & Cathy Gould, Kevin & Cyndi Gould, Chantal & Trevor Larkin, Patrick Tessier & Amanda Bertrand, Michelle & Steve Smith, Marc-André Tessier, and Dustin & Ashley Broadfoot. Cousin of Brianna, Chase, Brady, Taylor, Lily, Josh, Reese, Boyd & Dexter. Jesse will be fondly remembered by his many friends and by his boss Steve at Carbonneau Roofing.
