Nécrologie de Carole Yvonne Clouthier

Carole Yvonne Clouthier (nee Day) was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She left this world suddenly on July 10, 2022, at age 73. Born to George and Yvonne Day on September 16th, 1948. She met and married Larry Clouthier and together they had two sons: Justin and Remi. Carole enjoyed a long rewarding career at the Bank of Canada and Natural Resources Canada. Post retirement, Carole pursued her passion for traveling. While she battled serious health issues, she was determined to push the boundaries and not let her limitations keep her from her goals of seeing as much of the world as she could. When Carole wasn’t busy planning her next trip, she really loved spending time with her family, whether it was playing cards, watching a good movie (preferably one starring Pierce Brosnan or Bruce Willis) or just visiting with a good coffee or glass of wine. Carole was happiest when surrounded by her family, particularly her grandchildren. She doted on them and loved on them with all her heart - love that they will carry with them always. Carole was predeceased by her parents George and Yvonne Day and her beloved cat Oscuro. Carole will be missed deeply by her sons Justin (Shawna) and Remi (Tanya), her granddaughters Élyse, Gisèle, Mylène, Tesla and Fiona; her sisters Priscille Sigouin (Charles), Marie Angus (Doug) and brother, the late Allen Day (Nicole); Larry Clouthier (Cindy), her nephews, nieces, extended family members and friends.
